Sean began his training in gymnastics and later went on to compete for the University of Illinois at Chicago. He went on to represent Barbados as the first gymnast to compete at the British Commonwealth Games, Pan American Games and World Championships.

Sean appeared in Paramount Pictures Save the Last Dance and Hardball as a stunt actor, and as a Motion Sensor Stuntman for the Mortal Kombat video games by Midway Games. He was the Executive Producer for the short films Son of America, Flyers: a documentary on the Jesse White Tumblers and Reflections: Thoughts from Langston Hughes. He served as a consultant for the documentary film Ariel Phenomenon.
