Children’s Motivational Performing Artist

The thousands of children who have been inspired by ZebraMark over the last 33 years, often wonder if he is a human, a robot, or a zebra. ZebraMark would say he’s all three.

At a ZebraMark appearance, children enjoy his creative approach to his original storytelling and upbeat songs. As a talented performer, artist, and veteran teacher. Using physical artistry, ZebraMark interacts with his audience and brings them into the fun. His seemingly endless imagination has propelled him to pursue his lifelong goal of encouraging and uplifting each person he encounters.

In his youth, ZebraMark competed in gymnastics and martial arts; and performed in the theater as a classically trained ballet dancer and also played various roles as an actor. This background and his experience led him to his career as Director of Physical Education at a Montessori School for over 30 years. Along with teaching physical education, he also taught afterschool programs in gymnastics, dance, and theater arts. During this time, he created and choreographed dozens of original children’s plays, musicals, and short films; composing his own music and lyrics with each new work.
